She was predeceased by : her parents, Rudolph Zimmel and Alice Zimmel (Meisner). She is survived by : her siblings, Mary Strickland (Jerald) of Shawano and Gale Zimmel (Betty) of Shawano; her nephews, Steven Olson of Shawano and David Olson of Sag Harbor, NY; and her great-nephews, Brett, Michael and Aaron Olson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Shawano County Humane Society in Joyce's name.
