He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Houwers and Lettie Houwers (Helmer); and his brother Paul (Cheryl Joy Pipkorn). He is survived by: his children, William Houwers of Elcho, WI and Lisa Cote (Jason) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Braxtyn Cote, Parker Cote and Jazlyn Houwers; his siblings, Connie Machi and Jim Houwers (Pat); and his former wife Debra Houwers. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
