It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Cawthon (Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 4, 2018, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Mykel of Sheboygan; his parents, Rick Cawthon of Sheboygan and Kim Cawthon of Sheboygan; his sibling Brieanne Birkbeck (Cawthon); his husband Brad Birkbeck of Ohio; his grandparent Anthony Stavale (Tony) of California; his aunts, Mike Cawthon of Texas, Coreen Collier of Kentucky and Diane Stavale of California; his uncle Penny Cawthon of Texas; and his nephews, Justin Birkbeck of Ohio and Elysha Birkbeck of Ohio. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
