Rhoads (Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin), born in Aberdeen, Washington, who passed away on November 15, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Delbert Wayne and Doris Elaine Rhoads (Quinlan); his wife Keri; his children, Jeremy (Melanie) and Maren (Larry); his grandchildren, Dustin (Raitha), Anthony (Abbie), Skyler, Megan and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Aubrie and Aiden.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Dusty's name.
