With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine J. Fiedler of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugo Winkel and Viola Winkel (Rautmann); her husband Merlin L. Fiedler; her sister Grace Hemschmeyer; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Thuemmler and Leroy Kaminsky.

She is survived by : her children, Gail Hovey of Waukesha, Diane Fiedler of Sheboygan Falls, Gene Fiedler (Barb) of Sheboygan Falls, KenJay Fiedler (Cindy) of Sheboygan Falls and Ellen Leonhard (Lee) of Sheboygan; her granddaughter Gwen Orheim (James) of Pewaukee; her great grandchildren, Lauren and Connor; her granddaughters, Carrie Hovey of Waukesha and Wendy Petzold (Andrew) of Mequon; her great grandchildren, Aaron and Grace; her grandchildren, Richard Kummer (Jennifer Mayer) of Sheboygan, Jesse Fiedler and John Fiedler (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Josh of Sheboygan Falls and Alise of Sheboygan Falls; her stepgrandchildren, Mark Leonhard (Gail), Mike Leonhard (Chris), Jordan Adams (Stephanie), Mitchel Adams (Lori) and Lindley Mauer (Bill); her siblings, Shirley Kaminsky, June Froh (Bill) and Frederick Winkel (Mary); and also, Oscar of Sheboygan Falls, Jake of Sheboygan Falls, Nash of Sheboygan Falls, Arthur of Sheboygan Falls, Jack of Oshkosh, Chelsey of Oshkosh, Mitchell, Addie of Sheboygan Falls, Wilson of Plymouth, Kennedy of Plymouth, Grace and Charli of Campbellsport. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for Graceful Wake Adaptive Ski Clinic, St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls and 4-H Alumni Association.
