She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hickenbotham and Esther Hickenbotham (Witzel); her husband John De Zwarte; her grandsons, Keegan Gary and Barry Kleinhans; and her sisters, Doris Dassow and Mae Hornick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Kleinhans (Wade) of Sheboygan Falls, Faye Calco of Sheboygan, Kim Gary (Joseph) of Cross Plains and Dawn Ceder (Chris) of Appleton; her grandchildren, Clark Kleinhans (Sara), Leslie Blad (Jordan), Joy Kohlman (Chad), Jamar Gary (Maya), Jarel Gary (Jessica), Keahn Gary and Alexandra Calco (Maxwell); and her great grandchildren, Elsa, Lucia, Thomas, Magnus, Carisa, Kaylee, Isaac, Cora, Sadie, Lucius, Zamara, Sevi and Jaxis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
