He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Voigt and Anna Voigt (Maurer). He is survived by: his spouse Patricia "Pat" Roepke; his sons, Gregg Voigt (Jamie Utschig) of Sheboygan Falls, WI, Brian Voigt (Kerry) of Sheboygan Falls, WI and James Voigt (Ann) of Sheboygan Falls, WI; his grandchildren, Heather LaPoint (Andy) of Fond, Lac, Gage Voigt, Lindsey (Utschig Hunt) of Portland, OR and Jon (Utschig Hunt) of Milwaukee; and his great grandchild Liam LaPoint. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Roger's name for Pine Haven Nursing Home and the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.
