She is survived by : her husband Thomas Slavens; her brother-in-law Jerry Slavens (Jackie) of Sheboygan; and her nieces and nephews, Arthur Schwartz, Jr., Mark Ratzmann (Connie), Paul Ratzmann (Lynn), Eric Ratzmann (Diosa), Rob Slavens, Tiffany Schwartz, Linda Sierszynski (Mark), Karen Domagalski (Chris) and Jennifer Leeson (Brett).
