He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael S. Tomczak, Sr. and Helen N. Tomczak (Nedza); and his siblings, Mary Mohar, Clarence and Johnny.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald (Mary) of Withee, WI, Michael of Owen, WI, Allen (Joel) of Vine Grove, KY, Jeanne Beck (James) of New Holstein, WI, Donald of Medford, WI and Ron (Linda) of Spring Valley, WI; and his brother-in-law Dan Mohar of Sheboygan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
