He is survived by: his wife Jazzmo Smith; his children, Khristian, Korbin and Wesley; his mother Amy Hawe; his siblings, Cody (Jessica), Kalen, Hailey and Paige; his niece Jenisys; his nephews, Camden and Adriel; and his grandparents, Gary and Judy Gast. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, numerous cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to help with funeral costs.
