She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kleine and Dorothy Kleine (Gerke); and her brothers, Arthur Kleine (Joanne) and Donald Kleine (Betty). She is survived by: her husband James Schultz; and her brother-in-law Edward Schultz (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carmen's name are suggested to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
