She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan DeBlaey and Marian DeBlaey (Debbink); and her son Philip Jesinski. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Jesinski (Mary); her grandchildren, Jeremy and Jordan Jesinski; and her siblings, Dale DeBlaey (Ann), Janice Hesselink (Mark), Joan Meves (Kerry) and Margie Schultz (Tom). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Carol's name.
