He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Berg; and his brother-in-law Don Tenpenny. He is survived by: his parent LaVerne Berg; his daughter Katy Berg of Howards Grove; his siblings, Cheryl Tenpenny (Scott Prescher) of Oostburg, Lori Berg (Ron Daugherty) of Tempe, AZ, Chris Walter Billings (Otto) and Lana Sieracki (Chris) of Manitowoc, CJ; Lynn Doolittle of Howards Grove. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Chuck will be laid to rest at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Chuck's name for wildlife conservation efforts.
