He is survived by: his children, Kirk Phillips, Verona Lampe (Jeffery), Tammy Buchanan, David (Rhonda), Betsy Wine and Timothy Phillips; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Lampe (Veronica), Kevin Lampe (Stacy), Benjamin Buchanan, Patti Heffernan (Jesse), Jake Wine, Jeremy (Merideth), Schuyler Buchanan, Michele (Michael), Justin Wine (Katie), Kaytlin Lampe and Edward Phillips. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
