He is survived by: his children, Beth Otten (Bret Cooney), Eric Otten (Shannon) and Brenda Otten (Randy Bullock); his grandchildren, Taylor, Nick and Ivy; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Schoemer and Jim Knatz (Joan).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to be used for the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic.
