He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick R. Stocks and Adeline Siewert Stocks; and his sister Patricia Colombo (Rick). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Geissler of Sheboygan; his daughters, Samantha Kischer (Mike) and Andrea Woodard (Bill); his grandchildren, Aiden, Mady Kischer, Emma and Samuel Woodard; his sisters, Janice Schmiesser, Marjorie Stocks, San Francisco and Mary Hameister (Mike); and his close friends, Greg and Linda. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Fred's name for local food pantries.
