He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mueller and Mildred Mueller (Wells); his sons, Leo II and Larry; his brothers, Ronald Mueller (Clara), Marlin Mueller and Warren Mueller; and his brothers-in-law, Alvin Kramer and Roger Ruppel.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Lohse; his wife Sandra Entringer; his sons, Jeffrey Mueller (Laurie) of Phoenix, AZ and Robert Mueller; his grandsons, Alex Mueller (Arika) of Sheboygan and Zach Mueller of Sheboygan; his stepchildren, Kathy Koeser (Brian), Barb Wersel (Eric), Theresa Smith (Chris) and David Entringer (Kim); and his siblings, Beverly Kramer, Barbara Ruppel, Rosemary Lohse (Wayne), Thomas Mueller (Martha), Clarence Mueller, Dale Mueller (Diane), Linda Billmann (David), Vicki Mavis (Bob) and David Mueller. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jerry's name.
