He is survived by: his wife Eva Godfrey; his children, Kirtus, Dale and Erin Duveneck (Michael); his grandchildren, Tre, Kendra, Karson, Liam, Mason, Chase and Brooke; and his siblings, Jerry Kolar (Dorothy), David Kolar (Barbara), LouAnn Udovich (Robert), Pamela Schmitting (Darold) and Vicky Kohn.
