We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2019, at the age of 78, James E. Owens (Sheboygan, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Owens and Velera Owens; his siblings, Darrell Owens, Bob Owens and Beverly Gates (Rex); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Kelley and Barbara Anderkin.
He is survived by: his significant other Marye; his children, Olivia, Sydney, Hayden and Sally Hall Olson (Sean); his grandchild Aubrey; his sister Margaret Kelley of Oregon; his siblings-in-law, Randall Rautmann (Diane) of Sheboygan, John Rautmann (Beverly) of Sheboygan, Barb Owens and Eileen Owens; and also Randy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
