He was predeceased by: his parents, Chirstof Mittmann and Ceclia Mittmann. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Mittmann, Heather Prange (Jason) and Jessie Mittmann; and his sister Jennie Klug (Pete).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Jeff's name.
