She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mueller and Sadie Mueller (Kablitz); her husband Jack Keitel; her siblings, George, Shirley Gier, Darlyn Katt and Donald Mueller (Phyllis); and her brothers-in-law, Daniel Keitel and Victor Keitel (Audrey).
She is survived by: her sons, Kal Keitel (Renee), Rod Keitel (Jenny) and Jay Keitel (Cindy); her grandchildren, Greg Keitel (Jill), Amy Wetzel (Andy), Stacy Hagerstrom (Tyler), Tim Keitel (Sarah), Jeff Keitel, Kelly Keitel, Zach Keitel, Brooke Lederman (Eric), Trent Keitel (Sarah) and Kailee Ridenour (Vince); her great grandchildren, Abby, Luke Keitel, Zoe, Jackson Hagerstrom, Nevaeh, Nora Ridenour and James Wetzel; and her sister-in-law Janice Keitel.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Joan's name.
