He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Cesar and Cora Mueller Cesar; his brother-in-law Robert Gutschow; and his father-in-law Leland Voight. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Voight; his grandson Jake; his children, Kevin Cesar (Robin) of Flowery Branch, GA, Kerri Cesar (Dion Jakum) of Virginia Beach, VA, Kraig Cesar (Techa Pacitto) of Virginia Beach, VA, Stacey Miller (Kevin) of Sheboygan Falls and Stuart Bartzen of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kristen Cesar, Zachary Axlen, Madison Jakum, Jared Cesar, Hannah Hering, Jacob, Charlie Miller, Nicole Bartzen and Paxton Allison; his sister Donna Gutschow; his mother-in-law Doris Voight; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Voight (Peggy) and Mary Voight. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Ken's name.
