He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Kathleen Splinter; his aunts, Diane Tyndall (Matzdorf) and Darleen Ahern-McElroy (Splinter); his cousins, Gary Tyndall (Sherri), Thomas Evesdyck (Carmen), Ahern, Mark, Matthew, Judith and Michael; his grandparents, Walter, Melinda Matzdorf, Fred and Natalie Splinter; and his father Warren Splinter.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Randy's name.
