She was predeceased by: her husband LeRoy; and her brother Eben Speerschnieder. She is survived by: her children, Lynn and Timothy (Suzy); and her grandchildren, Angel Markus and William Markus. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association in Rhoda's name.
