He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra; his children, Richard R. Rupp (Jenny) of Sheboygan, Kristin Hyland (Mark) of Sheboygan and Kelly Shanley (Dan) of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Emily, Ben Hyland, Natalie and Sam Shanley; his stepgrandchildren, Olivia and Ryan Dicke; his siblings, Larry J. Rupp (Debe) of Newton, Joan K. Marshman of Glendale, Kathleen M. Jost of Cleveland, Cynthia L. Rupp of Sheboygan and Mary A. Zimmer (Ringo) of Sheboygan; and his brother-in-law Randolph Jost. He was also cherished by nieces, nephew other relatives and many friends.
