He is survived by: his stepdaughter Cheryl Hicks (Donald); his daughter-in-law Ruth Atkin; his grandchildren, Cyndi, Claudia, Christine and Nicholas; and his cousin Carol Miller. He is also survived by other relatives as well as dear friends.
