She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert Herbert Mitchell and Jane Spalsbury Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Rowe of Oostburg, WI; her sons, Dustin Rowe of Carbondale, CO and Tanner Rowe (Mandy); her grandchildren, Gage and Lily; and her siblings, Carol Miles Urbana (Joseph), Nancy Walker (Tom), Littleton and James Mitchell (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to: Great Marriages of Sheboygan County.
