She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Koss and Virginia Koss (Ziegler); her husband Edward Beeck; her brothers, Michael Koss and Richard Koss; her nephew Matthew Koss; her parents-in-law, Arthur Beeck and Elenora Beeck Kasten; and her brother-in-law Art Kachur.
She is survived by: her son Brian Beeck (Susie); her grandchildren, Allison and Erin; her son Steve Beeck (Kim); her grandchildren, Karlie, Tyler and Julia; her daughter Tami Prunick (Mike); her grandchildren, Amber and Mason; her sibling Susi Thomas (Ralph); her sisters-in-law, Sharon Koss, Jean Koss, Vivian Kachur and Beverly Rohde (Allen); and also Romy Beeck (Rose). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Shirley's name.
