He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hammond and Gertrude Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Martinson; his children, Michael (Holly), Steven Hammond, Felicia Eckert (Eric), Julia Pernaski (Joe) and Phillip Spende; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Whitney, Chelsea, Paige, Rachel, Lauren, Cody, Kyle, Steven, Gabby and Anna; and his siblings, Garth Hammond (Donna) and Gail Kissinger (Eugene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Tommy's name to The Salvation Army.
