He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Sr. Billings and Isabella "Mayer" Billings; and his parent-in-law Adella. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Billings (Makovitch); his children, JoAnn Seefeldt (Michael), Glenn Billings and Sheryl McEwan of Scotts Valley, CA; his grandchildren, Brett McEwan and Andi McEwan; and his sister Patricia Abraham (Roger) of Sheboygan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Vince's name to be used for St. Peter Claver Church are appreciated.
