She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Rader and Della Rader (Boyd); her husband Charles F. Dugan; her daughter Kathy Dugan; her sons-in-law, David Rock and Lane Fabrick; and her siblings, George, Wilbur, Ann, Lena, Charlesa, Verna, Paul, Jake, Jim, Dorothy, Mildred and Leona Mae.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Fabrick and Anita Dugan; her grandchildren, Darin Fabrick (Jackie), Cailen Rock (Jennifer) and Jenna Rock; and her great grandchild Chloe Fabrick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Washburn County Humane Society or LMC Hospice.
