He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Zillmer and Florence Zillmer (Holman); his wife Peggie Lester; his daughter Nancy Jo Lloyd; his siblings, Manly, Darrell, Alan and Donna; and his son-in-law Steve Axelsen.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Axelsen, Ricky Zillmer (Nancy), Lori Melton (Delray) and Chris Zillmer (Mary); and his siblings, Lawrence Zillmer, Ardith Lester (Dicky), Clarice Zillmer and Karen Brickman (John). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
