She was predeceased by : her parents, Jean Neeley and Bertha Neeley (Voet); her siblings, John Neeley and Betty Neeley; and her grandparents, Morris, Madeleine Voet, Royal and Elsie Neeley.
She is survived by : her husband Jim Perlick; her stepsons, Mathew (Jenna) of Palatine, IL and Ben (Trudy) of Neillsville, WI; and her siblings, Steven Neeley (Betty) of St. Ansger, Teresa Johnson (John) of Loughlin and Lori Smeby (Mark) of Joyce, Iowa.. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren.
