She is survived by: her husband Jim Perlick; her stepsons, Mathew (Jenna) of Palatine, IL and Ben (Trudy) of Neillsville, WI; and her siblings, Steven Neeley (Betty) of St. Ansger, Teresa Johnson (John) of Loughlin and Lori Smeby (Mark) of Joyce, Iowa.. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren.
