He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Doornbos and Loraine Doornbos; his son Jeff; and his sister Mary. He is survived by : his wife Judy Hoeksema; his son Rob Doornbos (Kelly); his grandchildren, Will, Emery and Audrey of Chico, CA; his daughter-in-law Kim Doornbos Smith; his grandson Adam Doornbos of New Berlin, WI.; and his brother Gord (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
