He is survived by: his wife Gail Jaworski; his children, Thomas Jaworski (Emily Gibson), Logan Van Ark and Emma Van Ark; his siblings, Becky Busse (Jeff), Karen Wheatley, Barbara Phillips (Tim) and Jeff Van Ark (Chris); his brothers-in-law, Andy Jaworski and Tim Jaworski (Tracy); and his godparents, Daniel and Debbie Pierquet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
