Claude F. Post Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claude F. Post (Siren, Wisconsin), born in Mechanicsville, Iowa, who passed away on May 17, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Garrett Post and Nettie Post (Williams); his wife Barbara Edwards; his stepfather Leon VanTassel; his children, Leon Post and Rose Marie Post; his sister Ramona Curtis; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Mildred Edwards.
He is survived by : his children, Claudette Walker (Butch) of Marion, Roxanna Conley (Loren) of Mt. Vernon, Iowa, Ricky Post (Pam) of Martelle and Randy Post (Michelle) of Dubuque, Iowa; and his close friend Miriam Knipple of Yuma, Arizona.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a public memorial at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Buster's memory maybe directed to Above and Beyond Hospice.
