She was predeceased by : her parents, William Burnikel and Esther Burnikel; her sister Gen Shosted (Fred); and her brother-in-law Cleo Sandberg. She is survived by : her husband Leslie Lindquist; her children, Tonja Johnson (John), Kent Lindquist (Jenelle) and Kyle Lindquist (Val); her grandchildren, William, Benjamin Johnson, Max, Ellyn Lindquist, Isaiah and Kylee Lindquist; her sister Ardyce Sandberg; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Larson (Mitch) and Nancy Dykes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
