It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Swanson (Sister Bay, Wisconsin), born in Berwyn, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his siblings, Jude Swanson Teicher and Carl Swanson of Baileys Harbor; his nieces, Rachael Swanson (Dan Smrz) of Fish Creek and Sarah Bergwin (Michael Bergwin); his sister Bay; his great-nephews, Leif Bergwin and Owen Bergwin; and his great-niece Zetta Bergwin.
Memorial gifts are suggested to Hearthside CBRF, The Peninsula Music Festival, The Midsummer Music Festival, Northern Door Children's Center, Unity Hospice or to a charity of the donor's choice.
