We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2019, at the age of 82, Keith Noe (Sister Bay, Wisconsin), born in Edgerton, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Noe and Virginia Noe (Kelso); his brother Reed Noe; and his nephew Danny Noe. He is survived by : his wife Janet M. A. Lundquist; his stepchildren, Debra Blaha (Mark) of Sturgeon Bay, Sherry Fruhauff (Greg) of Casa Grande, AZ, Scott of De Pere and Mark (Julie) of De Pere; and his sister-in-law Shirley Noe of Oklahoma. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
