He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. McCluggage and Clara E. McCluggage (Barnes); and his siblings, Cloyd, LeRoy, June and Ruby McCluggage.
He is survived by: his former wife Martha June Barnes; his children, Bruce Robert and Denise Arlene McCluggage; his wife Sandra; his siblings, Robert Dean McCluggage and Mildred Demes; and his stepdaughters, Amy Marie Kesler and Jennifer Lynn Lo. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; and one step great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Lee's name to First Baptist Church of Sister Bay, WRVM Radio, or Rawhide.
