We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2019, at the age of 97, Rhea Sikes (Sister Bay, Wisconsin) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rhea Sikes to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parent T. E. Sikes (Clio); and her brothers, Edgar Sikes, Jr. (Betty Gale) of Greensboro, NC and Lyndon Ogburn Sikes (Beverly) of Anchorage, Ala. She is survived by : her niece Gale Sikes of San Francisco, CA; her nephew Tom Sikes; her stepmother Mary Ann Sikes of Greensboro, NC.; her sister Bay; and also, Betty, Leon Shellswick, Mary, Bill Bassett and Eileen Cornell of Washington Island.

In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Washington Island Rescue Squad, the Washington Island Community Health Program (WICHIP), or the Washington Island Music Festival.
