It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sara D. Ballweg (Sister Bay, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Bay; and her parents, Dr. Edward C. and Ruby Farmer (Larson). She is survived by: her husband Gary of Black Earth, Wis.; her daughters, Amber Ballweg of Minnetonka, Minn and Laura McCormack (John) of Sheboygan, Wis.; her grandchildren, Joshua and Elizabeth McCormack; and her sister Jane Kane (James) of Virginia. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In addition, the family expresses much love and appreciation to family and friends for support over the past six years of Sara's affliction with Alzheimer's Disease.
