She is survived by : her boyfriend David Otte; her children, Leah Ludin (Mike), Michael Tolfa (Julie) and Steven Tolfa (Gia); her granddaughters, Nicole, Brittany, Alyssa, Rebecca and Ava; her great grandchildren, Isaiah and Noelle; and her siblings, Maryann Cyrak, Kathy Bloemer and Danny Turk. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Kathy Hospice in West Bend, Wisconsin.
