She is survived by : her husband Erwin H. Hartel; her children, Martin Hartel (Cary), Karl Hartel and Lisa Bakovic (Peter); her grandchildren, Allison Bakovic and Karlie Bakovic; her siblings, George Meister (Ridi) and Hiltrud Schroeder; and her sister-in-law Else Meister. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
