She was predeceased by: her mother Beverly O'Neill; and her son Luke. She is survived by: her father Jim O'Neill; her husband Philip Blavat; her children, Brad and Anne; and her siblings, Diane O'Neill, Patrick O'Neill (Sue), Tim O'Neill (Denise), Joan O'Neill, Brian O'Neill (Sandy) and Maureen Kobza (Paul). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church (800 Marquette Ave, South Milwaukee, WI 53172). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
