He is survived by: his wife Grace Agrupine Kotlarek of Springstead; and his children, Susan Hensgen (Richard) of Waterford, Christopher Mongan (Marguerite) of Waterford, Paul Mongan (Amy Lynn) of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Joan Marburger (Al) of Glidden and Peter Mongan of Klamath Falls, OR. He is also survived by grandchildren, (9) great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
