She was predeceased by: her sons, Wade Ostrowski and Kerry Ostrowski; and her granddaughter Zariah Rae Ostrowski. She is survived by: her former husband James J. Ostrowski; her siblings, Judy Wilkinson, Joan Adamsheck, Joe Guzman (Joan), Frank Guzman (Katherine) and Thomas Guzman; and her son Chad Ostrowski.
