He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kulas and Janet Kulas (Smith); his siblings, Robert, James and Bette; and his great grandchild Brielle Bryant.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Brian (Carrie), Patrick (Kathy), Tim (Audrey) and Amy Hintz (Steve); and his sisters, Barbara McCormick and Joyce DeKay. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will have a private memorial gathering when the current pandemic situation permits.
