She was predeceased by: her stepfather Richard Wilson; her grandparents, Gerald and Dorothy Vaughn; her nephew Brandt Brazelton; and her father-in-law Aloysius Mallek.
She is survived by: her mother Carlene Brazelton (Vaughn); her husband David Mallek (Aloysius); her children, Brock of Madison, WI and Mariah of Stevens Point, WI.; her siblings, Stephanie Mormon (Brian), Wayne Brazelton (Thersa) and Shannon Brazelton; her mother-in-law Venard Mallek; and her siblings-in-law, Mike (Ellie), Mark (Debbie), Rev. Matthew (Deborah), Tony (Melanie), Ann Kubowski (Michael) and Joy Davis (Tim).
In lieu of flowers, gifts will go towards medical expenses.
