He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Kurt (Stacy), Stevens Point and Brian (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brooke (Matt Lapour), Jeremy, Madalyn and Katelyn; and his siblings, Laverne Bergman (Donna) of Reedsburg, WI, Syvilla Smith (Bill) and Bob Bergman (Janice). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
